Completely torn down to the the bare frames. The cabinets have all damage and "customer modifications" repaired and along with the laser frame are professionally sandblasted to bare metal, primed, and re-painted with an epoxy powder-coat in Synchron Blue or the customer's choice of colors.

The granite is carefully inspected and replaced if any deterioration is seen.

All old glassware is replaced with new.

Current regulator is rebuilt with new sockets, power supplies, heat exchanger, ballast tubes, and updated current regulator card.

Fire-prone OEM high voltage bleeder relay is replaced with much safer new-style HV relay.

All control electronics circuit cards are replaced with new updated cards.

Rebuilt starter-circuit power supply with all new components.

Updated hard-pulse trigger card eliminates a very common failure point.

All high voltage wiring is replaced with high-performance 8mm silicon jacketed wire.

High voltage transformer is carefully inspected and replaced if needed.

New updated high voltage resistors.

New vacuum pump.

New vacuum manifold.

Updated temperature control system.

Anode blocks are mounted using G10 fiberglass supports eliminating the possibility of future failures at this point - failure of the OEM Delrin supports are the #1 reason for needing an on-site rebuild.

System is collimated with all blocks accurate in all axes to better than +/- 0.002".

New internal optics.

All new cooling lines.

Fully rebuilt shutter with new solenoid and shutter blade.
